How To Enroll

We accept new enrollments throughout the school year. Space in each elementary class is limited to 12 students to keep class sizes small and to increase the effectiveness of the educational environment. If a class is full, your application will entitle your child to a place on a waiting list until space becomes available.


Step 1: Please call the school office to arrange a tour (417-869-6095).

Step 2: Enrollment packets may be picked up at the school office during school hours (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3pm), or requested via email.

Step 3: Students and parents will also need to set up a time prior to admission for an interview. This may be done at the time of the tour.

Step 4: Return enrollment paperwork along with the $105 per student enrollment fee and a $25 application fee. 


Families of secondary students are required to submit two reference forms along with the application packet. We look for students who have a strong desire to attend the school and to pursue God, and for families who are supportive of their child’s education and willing to reinforce the spiritual education their child is receiving at the school in the home environment.


Students must be five years old by August 1 to enter K5, or four years old by August 1 to enter K4.

Tuition & Fees

Enrollment Fees

A non-refundable $105 enrollment fee and a $25 application fee per student is due at the time of application. This will secure your child's spot in the class. If the class is full, the fee will not need to be paid until a spot becomes available in the class.

Book Fees

Book fees are rental charges based on the grade of each student, as book prices increase with older grades. Students do not pay the full prices for their books, because they are the property of the school and this allows us to reuse books from year to year. If a book is lost or destroyed, the family may be responsible to pay for the cost of a replacement book. The book fees are billed once at the beginning of the school year.

Materials Fee

Each student is also charged an annual $55 materials fee to cover the cost of extra material classrooms. In upper grades, this includes science lab fees.

Monthly Tuition

Tution is due before the 15th of each month, August through May.  Invoices will be sent around the 1st of each month. We accept cash, check, or credit/debit cards. Families also have the option of setting up tuition to be automatically billed to a card each month. Payments made after the 15th will be subject to a $10 late fee. There will be a $25 fee for any returned payments.
